I have left scapula pain for several years, no injury that I can remember. I need pain relief, any suggestions?
I have taken several different meds, PT, hydrotherapy (cold and heat), chiropractic services, massage, yoga and other such stretch exercises. Several x-rays were normal, MRI showed some bulging disc in the lower back but nothing else out of the ordinary. I still have chronic pain along the left scapula and for the past few months I now have pain of the left shoulder and up the left side of the neck. I need pain relief, any suggestions?
