    2. The finger nail ridges and splitting nails are still there but I haven’t finished the container of Knox. It will likely take the time to consume at least the whole container and perhaps even a second container to make a difference, if a difference can be made. I use one scoop of the Knox product in either V-8 or citrus juice each day. Sometimes I miss a day. There doesn’t seem to be improvement at the base of the nail where the new growth occurs yet either.

    3. The photo shows that this mix contains Chondroitin and MSM, but it does not. Powder does not taste good in plain water and is grainy in juice.

    4. Noticed a better feeling in my joints within a few days, and it was easy to add to juice and not really know it was there. Try it, I think you’ll like it.

    5. Knox Glucosamin mixes easily into my morning decaf coffee. I can hardly tell that it is there, but I know I am getting glucosomine and a few other nutrients as well. No added sugars. However, the product can be bought for about $21.00 with free shipping on some places on-line. I really like the ease of just putting the powder into my morning drink.

    6. This stuff is great. My mom is an artist and was getting really bad arthritis in her fingers that was preventing her from painting. She started taking this and the swelling in her joints went down and more importantly the pain is gone and she can paint again.

    Also, this stuff is great for dogs with hip problems. We have an Alaskan Malamute with really bad hips and we mix 1/2 of a scoop in his food morning and night and we know for a fact it works. A few months ago we switched his dry food to one that had glucosomine in it, so we stopped using the Knox. Well, we noticed a difference right away, when he was on the Knox he would jump around when we were getting his food ready but he stopped doing that and he also was much slower getting up and started draggin his back feet when he walked. We put him right back on it and he was good as new.
