    3. After using this machine 3 times, the material got wrapped around the

    rotating balls and stopped working. I had to return it for a refund but

    it did feel great while it worked.

    4. At first it was great, but after a few months, it lost it’s shape. Also, for a petite person, it wasn’t good for shoulder massage. But, for lower back okay.

    5. after a week it started to make a noise and now it feels it doesnt have the power like it first did. maybe i put too much pressure on it. not sure, but it does work well. i do recommend it.
