    2. Limited range of motion since it’s hard to adjust the massager to your neck. You have to hold the handles to keep it in place. Takes a long time to heat up as well, but gives a moderately decent massage once in place.

    3. The massager did not do much at all & what it did was a kind of neck pinch which was more irritating than soothing. Both my wife & I tried it out & we agree that it sucks! I will be returning it regardless.

    4. Good massage if you get it positioned right – which is easier for some necks than others. My personal pref is upside down! Really! It gets my neck much better that way. My wife actually lays on her back putting more pressure on the massager to get it into her neck muscles. Once you get it right – it will really do the trick!
