I purchased this without a chance to test drive it, and was worried that the shoulder massager wouldn’t reach low enough for this fairly short person. I was pleasantly surprised that the balls move down to reach almost below the dark band that separates the upper and lower section, and dig in nicely. In fact, the first time I tried it, I gave myself a bruise because it felt so great.

The remote has separate controls for the upper and lower section, each with heat and vibration. Also, when the lower section is on Rolling, the width can be adjusted.

I have found that if I can’t get it to reach a certain spot while I am sitting up, I can just slouch until the best contact is made.

Drawbacks: The vibration in the shoulder section seems to be rougher than in the back section. Maybe it only seems that way because it is closer to the ears. Also, the upper section has some sort of mound or bump in the middle that I am not sure what it is for. On an average-height person, it would probably nestle in the base of the head, but at 5ft3in it hits me in the back of the head and is just sort of odd.

Still, this product is really helpful for working out morning stiffness and for relaxing at the end of the day.

I purchased this item for my husband as a gift, but I am enjoying it as well.

We both love it. We haven’t had a fuss about who is using it…..yet. I have arthritis in my back and the heat feels so good. My husband has arthritis in his neck area and the messaging in that area helps him a lot. Glad I purchased this great massager.

I don’t give it 5 stars because nothing is perfect but its close to it and a welcome replacement to the human touch. Powerful rollers really rub the back all over, my girlfriend and i both like it. I suggest trying it yourself at the nearest bed bath and beyond store to see and judge for yourself. By the way, I am a real person behind this review and not something written by someone working for the company.

I bought this vibrator about a year ago. It is much stronger than my previous vibrator. It certainly does the job, whether it be in the shower or out. I also like that it uses regular batteries as opposed to watch batteries.

I ordered this item, but it never came, because I had a P.O. Box. That was a good thing, because I ended up buying the Pro 7 Activator from ProForm.It was 399 at COSTCO with a large vibration plate and weights too, and I am glad I never got this item, and got with a little bit more money and free shipping something better.

The two of us are pianists/teachers. The onset of winter means the furnace goes on around the clock and our hands and pianos dry out (neither being good). The pianos are easy – just put a pie plate of water in or near them. But the hands-hoo boy- we’ve tried “udder butter”, and many other over the counter exotics – some expensive, all smelling like they deserve to succeed but all failing.

This hasn’t failed.

I got mine in the mail today and it is the best money I’ve spent! I was so excited when I got it. Make sure you read the reviews becase it takes ONE AAA battery. NOT 2 AA’s. It has great power. The higher the vibration the louder it is, but its a great friend to have in the bath. I love mine!!!!

For what it is, it is a nice addition to any relationship.

At first, I received a package with a defective one, and AA batteries didn’t fit.

After I received a new one, I enjoyed the many speeds.

But there is a downside, when I used lube with it, the pink covering started to come off, causing me to discontinue use for my own health and safety.

I would definitely not buy this product or any of the same brand again.
