I was first introduced to this when a friend gave me the end of her tube from her tennis bag to rub on what was going to be a bruise after a fall on an indoor court. No brusie appeared. Months later I walked into an open dishwasher door in my dark kitchen. I hobbled to the medicine cabinet and put the gel on my shin. An ‘egg’ appeared on the shin bone, but no bruise! I have since given tubes of Arnica to my 3 college aged children. My soccer playing daughter reports that her teammates all love the stuff post games. It’s proved invaluable in the quick recovery from minor falls from skiing as well.
