This is the best supplement I have ever taken. The pain in my knees was so bad. The stiffness from sitting at my desk for long periods of time and the embarassment when I couldn’t get mobile for a few minutes. That is now gone. This stuff works I mean really works and you don’t have to worry about liver failure as you do with acetiphetomin (sp?). Everyone wiht joint pain, knee pain, back pain, chronic pain should try this for at least 30 days. You can find it cheap on line or Walgreens or Target.

Honestly, I am not a believer in dietary supplements, herbs, and most over the counter medications. I am a scientist and place my faith in doctors, prescription drugs, and western medicine. Oh, I do take a daily multivitamin, mostly on the basis that it can’t hurt. But overall, to me, taking a supplement from a health food store is the equivalent of attempting to “construct a mnemonic memory circuit using stone knives and bear skins.” (Mr. Spock to Edith Keeler in the Star Trek episode “City on the Edge of Forever.”)

I have had chronic back pain due to a herniated disk and degenerative disk disease for about 15 years now. I also have had shoulder pain for about two years due to an injury. My pain is always there, most of the time ignorable, some of the time intolerable. During the intolerable times, I take narcotics: pain killers and muscle relaxers. Not a lot mind you, but the amount I need has slowly increased over the years. Physical therapy, exercise, stretching, a ridiculous number of hot baths, and deep tissue massage also help to alleviate the worst symptoms, but the pain always returns.

Until now.

A friend sent me two bottles – a two month supply – of ICELAND HEALTH JOINT RELIEF FORMULA with Omega-3 and Iceland Collagen GHA for my 5th wedding anniversary. I studied the label and did some research. The JOINT RELIEF FORMULA softgels contain Omega 3 fish oil concentrate, Omega 3 fatty acids, EPA, DHA, hydrolyzed collagen type 2, chondroitin sulfate, hyaluronic acid, and glucosamine sulfate. I have heard of most of these ingredients and know that they have been touted by various manufacturers as the solutions to all of our joint problems. I really did not believe these would have any affect on me, but decided to try them, again on the basis that my research showed that they couldn’t hurt. I followed the directions and took two softgels every morning.

I was shocked. In two weeks I was literally pain free, for the first time in years. My back feels better than it has since 1995. The pain is non-existent, and what little there occasionally is resolves with a little stretching. My shoulder, while still clearly injured, has significantly less pain and a vastly increased range of motion. I no longer scream when I pick up the milk jug or my three year old daughter. Overall, I feel better and am in a much sunnier mood.

I don’t know why ICELAND HEALTH JOINT RELIEF FORMULA works. The scientist in me says it shouldn’t. But it does, and it has reduced my intake of prescription pain medication to almost nothing. I am going to buy more and keep taking it regularly. I do realize that I am not “cured,” but I am infinitely more comfortable. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ICELAND HEALTH JOINT RELIEF FORMULA for anyone with joint pain. It might just improve your quality of life. And that, my friends, is priceless.

This product works a little better than osteo bi-flex for my spinal stenosis. My bones crack less frequently and joints feel more fluid. It does not do much for the constant pain, however. I have also noticed an improvement in my hair and skin due to the omega 3. I have used iceland health omega 3 for years, and love how it makes your hair shine. I decided to try this combination to avoid taking four pills. In all I am satisfied, but was hoping for a miracle cure for the pain.

I HAVE BEEN USING FOR ALMOST A YEAR. I HAD PAINFUL KNEES. INJECTIONS WERE NOT HELPING. ALSO ARTHRITIS PAIN ALL OVER. AS OF NOW I AM PAIN FREE. MY KNEES,HANDS, AND MY BODY FEELS LIKE 20 AGAIN.I AM 64.
